The Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd wants to alert you of recent developments regarding The Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center.
As many of you know, the City Avenue Special Services District's long-term vision includes a new zoning overlay for City Avenue. The zoning overlay is a zoning proposal allowing more intense development between City Avenue and Asaphs. The proposal will be presented in the near future for approval to the Board of Commissioners.
Anticipating new zoning regulations, Federal Realty, the owners of The Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center, have drawn plans to re-develop part of the Center.
